INCOME TO BE USED FOR ASSISTING SERVING OFFICERS, WARRANT OFFICERS, NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND TROOPERS OF THE BLUES AND ROYALS (ROYAL HORSE GUARDS AND 1ST DRAGOONS) AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND FORMER OFFICERS, WARRANT OFFICERS, NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND TROOPERS OF THE FORMER ROYAL HORSE GUARDS (THE BLUES) THE FORMER ROYAL DRAGOONS (1ST DRAGOONS) OR THE BLUES AND ROYALS (ROYAL HORSE GUARDS AND 1ST DRAGOONS) AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
