TO PROVIDE FOR AGED PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF HOUSING AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES SPECIALLY DESIGNED OR ADAPTED TO MEET THE DISABILITIES AND REGUIREMENTS OF SUCH PERSONS.
