TO BE USED AS A MANSE TO BE OCCUPIED BY THE MINISTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE WESTMINSTER CHAPEL OR BY ANY ASSISTANT MINISTER OR ASSISTANT TO THE MINISTER OF THE CHAPEL UPON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS BETWEEN THE SAID MINISTER AND THE CHAPEL AS THE OFFICERS OF THE SAID CHAPEL MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
