Charitable objects

TO LEND PICTURES TO MUNICIPAL AND OTHER PROVINCIAL GALLERIES APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES INCLUDING COLONIAL GALLERIES BUT SUBJECT AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO SUCH PURPOSE NOTHING HEREIN CONTAINED SHALL PREVENT THE TRUSTEES FROM LENDING PICTURE TO ANY OF THE NATIONAL OR OTHER METROPOLITAN GALLERIES IF IN THEIR OPINION SPECIAL REASONS EXIST FOR THEIR SO DOING.
