MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF KNOCKHOLT, EXCLUSIVE OF THE CHANCEL, AND AS TO ANY SURPLUS OF SUCH INCOME WHICH SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THE PRECEDING PURPOSE, AND SUBJECT THERETO, TO THE GENERAL PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH TO WHICH ANY CHURCH RATES LEVIED IN THE PARISH WOULD BE APPLICABLE, AND IN AID OF SUCH CHURCH RATE (IF ANY).
