FOR THE BENEFIT OF QUALIFIED OFFICERS, NONICOMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND MEN WHO SERVED OVERSEAS IN THE GREAT WAR OR IN THE WAR OF 1939-45 WITH THE 4TH OR 5TH BATTALIONS OF THE SUFFOLK REGIMENT AND THE WIVES, WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND DEPENDANTS OF SUCH QUALIFIED OFFICERS, NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND MEN. FOR QUALIFICATIONS OF BENEFICIARIES SEE GOVERNING INSTRUMENTS.
