Charitable objects
TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS, PREFERABLY LOCALLY AND WHERE AGREED NATIONALLY AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THOSE OBJECTS BUT FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE TO RAISE FUNDS BY SUCH WAYS AND MEANS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE INCLUDING THE ORGANISING OF A CARNIVAL.
