THE BUILDING AND EQUIPPING FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF PUPILS AT ST ANDREW'S SCHOOL OF A DINING HALL, LABORATORY, ART ROOM, ASSEMBLY HALL, CLASSROOMS, CHANGING AREAS TOGETHER WITH ANCILLARY STORES AND A NEW HEATING SYSTEM. 2. THE REQUISITION OF LAND. 3. THE FURTHER MODERNISATION OR ENLARGEMENT OF THE SCHOOL OR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SCHOOL AND PUPILS.
