TO COLLECT AND RAISE SUMS OF MONEY AND TO APPLY THE INCOME ARISING FROM THE INVESTMENT OF SUCH SUMS IN OR TOWARDS THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND RENEWAL OF THE CHURCH BELLS IN THE DIOCESE OF OXFORD.
