THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN LETCHWORTH, BALDOCK AND SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.
