Charitable objects
DURING THE LIFE OF THE SETTLOR UPON TRUST:- 1. TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AD ALSO SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE IN WRITING TO THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT. 2. AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS IN SUCH MANNER & SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
