PREFERENCE MAY BE GIVEN TO RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF R & A MILLETT (HOLDINGS) LIMITED AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND TO ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE AREA WHERE THOSE COMPANIES CARRY ON BUSINESS.
