GENERAL CHARITABLE OBJECT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OR EXPANSION OF A SMALL NURSING HOME OR RETREAT FOR THE RELIEF OR SPIRITUAL COMFORT OF THE SICK, POOR OR AGED. 4. THE USE OF THE PRO-CATHEDRAL CHAPEL OF ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS AS HEADQUARTERS AND A MEMORIAL TO THOSE WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE 1914-18 AND 1939-45 WARS AND LORD PATRIARCH BANKS.
