PROVIDING FOR BOYS AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FACILITIES FOR RECREATION INCLUDING PHYSICAL EXERCISE, MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID BOYS AND GIRLS.
