FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE STUDENTS OF THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE AT OAKLANDS NR ST ALBANS HERTS AND OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT ON THE OAKLANDS ESTATE BEING THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE SAID TRUST THE FACILITIES BEING PROVIDED WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR BEING STUDENTS OR BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH.
