FOR THE PURPOSES OF HLEPING AND EDUCATION BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITYAL CAPACITIES THAT EHTY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT HEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
