TO RELIEVE POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME AS A RESULT OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE COMMITTED BY ANY PERSON OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHETEVER AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED IN SUCH WAYS AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
