Charitable objects
FOR THE CHAITABLE PURPOSES OF ANY ONE OR MORE TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE OTHERS OR OTHER OF SUCH BODIES ORGANISATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS AS ARE NOW OR SHALL HEREAFTER BE ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND AS ARE OR SHALL BE DULY REGISTERED AS CHARITIES UNDER CHARITIES ACT 1960 OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR AMENDMENT THEREOF FROM TIME TO TIME, IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
