RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER, ARRESTED OR INCOMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF MIND, PSYCHOPATHIC DISORDER OR ANY OTHER DISORDER OR DISABILITY OF THE MIND AND IN PARTICULAR IN BUILDING A PHYSIOTHERAPY UNIT AT TURNER VILLAGE COLCHESTER AND EQUIPPING IT WTH ALL MEDICAL AND OTHER FACILITIES AND PROVIDING FUNDS TO EMPLOY MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS SPECIALISING IN THE AFORESAID MENTAL ILLNESSES AND DISORDERS.
