FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CONGENITAL DISABILITIES ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE EFFECTS OF DRUGS COMMONLY KNOWN OR DESCRIBED AS "HORMONAL PREGNANCY TESTS" AND FOR OTHER PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SIMILAR DISABILITIES, WITH A VIEW TO OBTAINING MEDICAL EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE AID AND ADVICE TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR PARENTS TO OVERCOME THEIR SPECIAL DIFFICULTIES AND TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE.
