TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATON OF THE PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCAION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHROITY) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUPILS.
