Charitable objects

TO MAKE GRANTS TO PUPILS OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS WHOSE PRINCIPALS ARE MEMBERS OF THE INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED AND THROUGH SOME SERIOUS MISFORTUNE SUCH AS THE DEATH OF A PARENT MIGHT BE COMPELLED TO LEAVE THEIR SCHOOL IF SOME FINANCIAL HELP WERE NOT AVAILABLE WHICH IS GIVEN TO THEM FROM TIME BY TIME BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED AND DEAL WITH AND DISPOSE OF THE TRUST FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWFUL DIRECTIONS OF SUCH COMMITTEE.
