Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF NORTHAMPTON AND THOSE LIVING IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE BOROUGH OF NORTHAMPTON IN THE INTERESTS OF THEIR SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF EDUCATING AND ASSISTING SUCH PEOPLE TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
