TO PROVIDE FOR THE ACCOMMODATION AND RELIEF OF YOUNG PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WHO HAVE ATTAINED THEIR SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY BUT NOT THEIR TWENTYSIXTH BIRTHDAY AND WHO ARE DEPRIVED OF A NORMAL HOME OR OTHERWISE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING THEM SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
