Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE GENERAL RELIEF OF ALL HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN TAVISTOCK AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY ASSISTING THE WORK OF STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH HANDICAPPED PERSONS, FURTHERING HEALTH, RELIEVING POVERTY, DISTRESS OR SICKNESS.
