TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO ANY PERSON WHO IS NORMALLY RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH OF COSTESSEY AND WHO IS AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME ENGAGED IN FULL-TIME STUDY OF MEDICINE SURGERY OR DENTISTRY BY ASSISTING IN PAYING FOR THE COST OF SUCH STUDIES EDUCATION AND TEXT BOOKS.
