(C) TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS FOR SPASTICS AND (D) TO CO-OPERATE WITH LOCAL OF CENTRAL AUTHORITIES ANDTO PROVIDE FUNDS OR MAKE GRANTS OR DONATIONS TO SUCH AUTHORITIES OR BODIES FOR THAT PURPOSE.
