TO RELIEVE THE CONDITIONS OF THOSE ATTENDING TREETOPS SPECIAL CARE UNIT FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED YOUNG ADULTS BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONA AND MEDICAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
