SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE PERMISSIBLE AREA AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUCH PROPORTIONS AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE SETTLOR SHALL IN HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF THE TRUST DEED). THE PERMISSABLE AREA MEANS THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND (WHICH SHALL FOR THE PURPOSES BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE CHANNEL ISLANDS AND THE ISLE OF MAN) THE COUNTRIES THAT ON 01/09/1980 ARE MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE STATE OF ISRAEL AND ANY OTHER COUNTRY TO WHICH THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS SHALL NOT OBJECT.
