FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE MATERIAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE OF PERSONS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE BENEFICIARIES) WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT PROVIDING THAT A PERSON OUTSIDE THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WERE RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT,WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THE AILMENT OF LEUKAEMIA OR OTHER MALIGNANT DISEASES BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PURPOSES OF PROVIDING PREMISES SUITABLE FOR A HOLIDAY HOME WITH FACILITIES FOR USE AS A HOLIDAY HOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE NEED OF THE FACILITIES PROVIDED AT THE HOME BY REASON OF THEIR AILMENT.
