UPON SUCH CHARITABLE TRUSTS AND WITH AND SUBJECT TO SUCH POWERS AND PROVISIONS AS THE SETTLOR SHALL AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED OR DEEDS REVOCABLE OR IRREVOCABLE APPOINT. SUBJECT TO AND PENDING ANY SUCH APPOINTMENT FOR SUCH OF ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE OTHERS OR OTHER OF THE BODIES ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANISATIONS WHOSE NAMES ARE SET FORTH IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND SUBJECT THERETO AND IN DEFAULTTHEREOF FOR SUCH ONE OR MORE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
