THE SERVICE SHALL PROMOTE CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE LIBRARIES IN THE AREA OF BATH & NORTH EAST SOMERSET, BOURNEMOUTH, BRISTOL, CORNWALL, DEVON, DORSET, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, NORTH SOMERSET, PLYMOUTH, POOLE, SOMERSET, SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE, SWINDON, TORBAY, JERSEY, GUERNSEY AND WILTSHIRE OR ANY SUCCESSOR ORGANISATIONS AND/OR AUTHORITY AREAS.
