Charitable objects

(A) IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SAID SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1981 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT SCHOOL; (B) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR THE SAID SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 22 OF SCHME 17TH MAY 1982). (C) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING LAND AND BUILDINGS TO BE SETTLED UPON TRUST FOR USE AS A RESIDENCE FOR A TEACHER AT THE SCHOOL.
