TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC GENERALLY IN THE EFFECTIVE USE OF TELEVISION PROGRAMMES, RADIO PROGRAMMES, VIDEOTAPES, ON-LINE MEDIA, FILMS AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "MEDIA") ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH OR ABOUT PEOPLE WHO EXPERIENCE EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS OR MENTAL DISORDER ("THE OBJECTS") AND THEREBY TO COUNTER DISCRIMINATION AND PREJUDICE ON THE GROUNDS OF MENTAL HEALTH
