TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION CALLED THE YOUTH HOSTELS ASSOCIATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) (AND THEREBY TO PROMOTE AMONG THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS, EDUCATION IN AND CARE AND CONCERN FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE). UN PARTICULAR BY ACCEPTING ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND CONTROL OF THE MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING OF THE BURLEY YOUTH HOSTEL.
