TO PROVIDE CARE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN FIVE AND TWELVE YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN THE DEPTFORD AREA OF SOUTH EAST LONDON AND IN PARTICULAR ON THE TANNERS HILL ESTATE.
