FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGION AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING AND ADVANCING RABBINICAL STUDIES BOTH AT ORDINARY AND ADVANCED LEVELS IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
