(I) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SKILLED COUNSELLING SERVICE APPROPRIATE TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. (I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE NEEDS AND POTENTIALITIES OF SUCH DISABLED PEOPLE AND IN THE PART THAT THEY CAN PLAY IN SOCIETY GENERALLY.
