Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES AND FACILITIES TO ASSIST ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS OF SCHOOLS OR UNIVERSITIES BETWEEN THE AGES OF TWELVE YEARS AND NINETEEN YEARS WHOSE ANCESTRY EMANATES FROM INDIA TO PLAY CRICKET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE MARYLEBONE CRICKET CLUB OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES OR ELSEWHERE AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
