TO ADVANCE, FURTHER AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION FOR GIFTED CHILDREN OF EDUCATION OF A NATURE SUITED TO THEM AND LIKELY TO DEVELOP TO THE FULL THEIR RESPECTIVE ABILITIES; AND IN PARTICULAR (THROUGH NOT LIMITED TO) GIFTED CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE THROUGH FINANCIAL HARDSHIP UNABLE TO PAY FOR SUCH EDUCATION.
