TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN WEST NORFOLK BY ESTABLISHING AND TRAINING A YOUTH ORCHESTRA AND A YOUTH CONCERT BAND AND OTHER SUCH ENSEMBLES.
