(I) TO PAY THE COST OF PROVIDING AND EYE LASER EQUIPMENT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY SURGEONS IN THE EYE UNIT AT THE SOUTHEND GENERAL HOSPITAL INCLUDING THE COST OF STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE HOSPITAL BUILDING AND THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF ALL NECESSARY FURNITURE (II) TO APPLY ANY BLANCE OF THE TRUST FUND NOT REQUIRED TO MEET THE PURPOSES OF THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH (I) FOR THE CARE OF PATIENTS ADMITTED TO OR ATTENDING AS OUT-PATIENTS THE HOSPITAL SUFFERING FROM DISORDERS OF THE SIGHT.
