TO ASSIST IN THE REHABILITATION OF PERPETRATORS OF INCEST OR IF PERSONS LIKELY TO BECOME PERTETRATORS. C. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PROBLEM OF INCEST IN THE COMMUNITY.
