THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRINTING IN THE CROYDON AREA DURING THE VICTORIA ERA (A) TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE LITERARY EDUCATIONA AND TRAINING OF DESERVING YOUNG JOURNALISTS AND WRITERS WHO SHALL NOT HAVE EXCEEDED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO SHALL NOT BE RESIDENTS OF OR WORKING IN OR ATTENDING A SCHOOL OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISMENT WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON.
