TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN RESIDENT IN TEWIN AND SURROUNDING AREA AGED BETWEEN RISING 3 YEARS AND COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE THROUGH:- (I) THE PROVISION OF SAFE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY STIMULATING INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PLAY WHIH PARENTS MAY BY INVITATION TAKE PART AND (II) THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT OF OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE.
