TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND CONDUCT HOSPITALS, RESIDENTIAL NURSING HOMES AND CLINICS IN ENGLAND OR WALES FOR THE RECEPTION ANDCARE OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO ARE SUFFERING FORM ANY ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DISEASE OR OTHER INFIRMITY WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL AND IN PARTICULAR OF PERSONS IN NEED OF PLASTIC SURGERY AND TO PROVIDE MEDICAL OR OTHER TREATMENT AND ATTENTION FOR ANY SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID.
