A) TO PROVIDE WORK EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR UNEMPLOYED PERSONS WHO THROUGH THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED AND ARE UNABLE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT OR WISH TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND TO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT SCHEMES AND CENTRES WHERE SUCH PERSONS MAY BE TRAINED IN EMPLOYMENT. B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED.
