TO ASSIST MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND OTHER FACILITIES IN PUBLIC PLAYGROUNDS AND PARKS WHICH WILL ENABLE SUCH CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE NO SUCH HANDICAP. NO PERSON SHALL BE PRECLUDED FROM USING EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE TRUST ON GROUNDS OF CLASS, SEX, RELIGION OR RACE.
