Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PATIENTS OF THE NEWBURY STREET PRACTICE IN WANTAGE THROUGH
(1) THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND CARE WHEN NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE NHS
(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO HEALTH AWARENESS AND SELF MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS.
