TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY DRAMATIC EDUCATION AND FOSTER THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN ARTS INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DANCE MUSIC AND MIME AND TO FORMULATE PREPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFORE PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE.
